Health, quality of life, an incredible trip, in addition to a medal, lots of wine, and fresh grapes,And I'm already preparing for the next race

let's change the subject? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 My time was horrible, last time I did this test in 1 hour and :23 minutes, this time I did it in 1:44, much longer time, I had to alternate between running and walking, my body felt too much due to lack of training, but even so, I saw that many people also felt it because of the ground road part, there was a lot of mud and it was too smooth in some stretches of the race, this made a lot of people reduce speed, many fell a few times, due to the mud. (it rained a lot 2 days before the race and as some areas didn't have sun, it was like quicksand in some spots, but I want to go back to running below 4:10 km. focus
