My Entry for the Phone Photography Contest - 64
After a gloomy start, the sun came out, so I had a walk around my village. I thought it was a shame to stay in when it was so sunny outside. I started my walk at one of my favourite cottages in the village. It has a lovely big lawn and a small stream next to it.
Next to the cottage, there are daisies and lavender blowing in the breeze.
A lot of common buttercups were growing at the side of the road. I liked the yellow and green together, though.
Foxgloves remind me of when I was a child, when grown-ups told us not to touch them, as they were poisonous, but I still wanted to touch them anyway!
The white horse looked lovely with the blue sky behind it. It kept looking up to see what I was doing.
Near to home, I spotted the resident swans marching their six cygnets over the cricket pitch down to the second pond. They like a change of scenery. I stuck around a while to make sure they got to the pond safely.
The color combinations are perfect!
A great place to live.
Thank you @thepavsalford. 🙏
Lovely blue sky! What a bright sunny day to cheer everyone. I would love to go for a walk too.
The sun does make you feel better. 🙂

Foxgloves look lovely, so as the surroundings especially the 6 cygnets family. You chose a wonderful day to walk around. 😊
Thank you. The six cygnets are doing well. 🙂
