Derelict Factory: CCC's Street Art Contest - Round #238

At a local abandoned factory, there is always a good display of graffiti art. The artwork is not static; it evolves each month as various artists come to practice their skills. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to discover much about the individual artists apart from one piece that has the tag ‘Boaster’.

Each month, as the artwork changes, it keeps it fresh so it's interesting to see what new pieces have been added. The place itself has been left to rot, and each time I visit some part of it has been vandalised.

Scooby Dooby Doo, where are you?

As I stood in this old factory, with the colourful artwork on its walls, I know that time is running out for this place. Soon, it will be reduced to rubble, leaving behind only memories. For now, I will savour the artwork before it vanishes forever.

Some of the artists are making a living out of it. I enjoy going up there. It's a bit spooky on your own though.

That’s good that some artists could make a living with their artistic abilities. Yup! That place is a bit strange in a way; too quiet and not much people’s activities. Here we would be wary of abandoned buildings as there could be wandering spirits residing in them! That’s probably why Thai people carry protective amulets!
