After a general check-up on my health, the medical examinations indicated that I am a relatively healthy person, just a little anemic, but with a correct diet and a vitamin treatment it is possible to stabilize the value. That is what we are working on, one day at a time.

And since my body needs energy and food rich in nutrients and vitamins, we decided to go for a walk, to get to know new places like walking through a very nice park with many spacious green areas. And to give my body some energy, my husband thought of some delicious ice cream with lots of chocolate, which according to him is good for your mood, and it really worked.

If you feel bad and your body is tired, a walk and a good ice cream can solve it. Treat yourself, your body will thank you for it. It is a nice and healthy goal that from now on will be added in our routines.

Después de un chequeo general en mi salud, los exámenes médicos indicaron que relativamente soy una persona sana, solo un poco anémica, pero con dieta correcta y un tratamiento vitamínico es posible estabilizar el valor. En eso estamos trabajando con base en eso, un día a la vez.

Y como mi cuerpo necesita energía y comida rica en nutrientes y vitaminas, decidimos salir a caminar un poco, conocer nuevos lugares como pasear por un parque muy bonito con muchas áreas verdes espaciosas. Y para darle un poco de energía a mi cuerpo, mi esposo pensó en unos ricos helados de mucho chocolate que según es bueno para tu estado anímico, y sí que funciono.

Si te sientes mal y tu cuerpo está cansado, un paseo y un buen helado lo pueden resolver. Date el gusto de consentirte, tu cuerpo te lo agradecerá. Es una bonita y saludable meta que de ahora en adelante se añadirán en nuestras rutinas.
