It’s Monday!………My Actifit Report Card: July 13 2026
Once again, we find ourselves at the start of another week! It’s Monday but that’s okay. It’s also kind of my Sunday as I have work for the balance of the week. That makes tomorrow a me, myself and I day-the first truly alone day in a while. Hoping it’s quiet! 🤞
That first picture is of a berry picker. It straddles the rows of berries and the ‘fingers’ you see in there move up and down quickly dislodging loose berries for them to fall into collection baskets. They’re a bit of an albatross on the road but they are shared amongst the berry farmers here.
In this field, it’s always been a huge cornfield. This year, they’ve planted red potatoes up front and way off in the distance, russets there. I’m seeing quite a few ‘tater fields this year. They are usually corn. Makes me wonder what they’re going to feed all those dairy cows this coming winter! 🧐

I needed to put gas in the car, so we headed out to do that and grab a free coffee for each of. 😁☕️
Then once home, our neighbor Jan was waiting for us as we had plans for a hike. We went up to the pond. Keith had built a nice deck and swimming area for the neighbors all to enjoy!
