More Bloomin’ Things! 😁……My Actifit Report Card: April 23 2026

Yep-it’s spring for sure! Besides everything blooming, folks are coming down with itchy eyes, whether from allergies which is likely, or from pink eye, which is also likely. It’s been one of those winters where some bugs are going crazy and now with spring in full swing, allergies complicating it all! 🙄 We’ve received a lot of calls at the clinic lately for eye irritation.

Today was me, myself and I until 1:30, when the doc showed up for afternoon appointments. Unfortunately, that still left me, myself and I to run the front and back ends of the shop as well as field phone calls and deal with arriving patients and those who were done! Can anybody say ‘multitask’?!

Given that it is spring, I’ve search my photos and come up with more bloomin’ things! Some are current photos and some are from my archives. Enjoy!

The ‘wild’ part of a dwarf Alberta spruce tree! Look at the new growth with their little hat like structures on.

Soon, the bees will buzz 🐝 this Blood Good Japanese maple tree. All those little round things are like miniature flowers which the bees love!
