Frosty! 🥶…….My Actifit Report Card: February 19 2026
Frosty 🥶 is a good word to describe my world right now! We went from mild and almost balmy with too much rain to lows in the 20’s, no rain and freezing to death, lol! None of us are even close to being acclimated to this let alone with a moderate Nor’easter a blowin’! Brrrrrrr! 🥶🥶🥶
So I thought it appropriate to dig through the archives searching for frosty pictures. Enjoy!
Work today had periods of almost frenzied busyness and then some periods of not busy. The doc is back from a Florida vacation and I suspect this cold snap is really hitting him hard! Tomorrow is another fully booked day, but at least it’s Friday. My schedule should be back to my 3 day workweek going forward. 😏
Here’s one last picture taken about this time of year close to when the previous pictures were taken. I love how the sun plays in this.

We have a cold snap here too, it is probably not as cold as there but normally my kiln dried firewood log sales would be slowing down but instead they are increasing.

I couldn't live with a temperature like that, I'm not used to it, I couldn't stand it I hope the cold lets up a bit Stay warm, I read it was going to be snowy for a week. By the way, those are beautiful photos. Amazing!
Thank you @monachta! It's 37 degrees as I type this tonight. It is supposed to be slowly warming up. I hope so; I reached for my gloves I usually keep in my coat pocket this morning going to work, as the steering wheel of the car gets so cold. They weren't there! 😳 I haven't found where they are just yet. By the time I arrived at work, my hands were numb!
