I was busy! We were fully booked and even with two cancellations, we re-booked those appointments. I had some walk in orders as well. Kept me on my toes!
My headache returned today. Since I was there 45 minutes when it started and we were not open yet, I’m thinking it’s possible that it might not be stress related. We flooded last year during the area flood. The carpet was supposed to be replaced, and it was professionally steam cleaned, but they could not get under file cabinets and other office semi-permanent furniture. Although the water didn’t make it above the baseboard, there has to be some invisible damage as well with the walls. I’m wondering if maybe I’m reacting to an environmental issue? I’m hoping that my boss gets the carpet he purchased last year installed soon. Maybe that’s my issue; I just don’t know.
Once work was done, I stopped by the grocers to get some milk 🥛 and a couple other items. Then I headed home. 🏡

I do wonder......especially since I had another today and no one was there to be stressed over. I'm not quite sure and am still trying to take note of all things. Logging it for now; maybe a doctor later. Love ya sis!🤗😘💞🌸

Maybe, but today-no real stress and a very real headache. It could be mold from last years flood-maybe

I think too much screen time and the swinging temperature. It can be cold and hot in a day. Last night, I slept around 9pm.
Maybe you need some glasses that help with the HEV light emitted from the computer. That may help.
Someone is selling me an anti-rad eyeglasses but it's too expensive. Costlier than the usual eyeglass.
Here, you can have HEV blue light protection added to your prescription glasses. That might be a more cost effective route if the ones you're looking at are expensive.
Do you have Amazon in your country?
Amazon app is available but delivery will take probably weeks or a month or so.
It might be worth it; I've seen them on there for around $8 USD
