We needed to go to church ⛪️ today to continue work on the installation of the sound system. I thought we might get an early hike 🥾 in first. However, that wasn’t to be the case. We started hiking around 11:00 and ran into quite a few neighbors along the way! I decided that we needed to visit first and then worry about the sound system afterwards. It was nice seeing everyone-some we hadn’t seen in a few weeks! 😎👍😁
Here’s some pics from the hike.
This Butterfly Bush was cut back drastically, but I’m happy to see it’s fighting for its survival and has 2 blooms on in, in my favorite color, no less!
I am missing the brilliant color of the leaves 🍁 this year! Because of powdery mildew, the leaves are basically just falling with muted colors or no color at all. I’ve found myself longing for the fall we used to have in Ohio, when it finally arrived! 🍁🍁🍁🌻
After the hike was finished, we headed to church. ⛪️. Here’s @silvertop working on some straightening of some of the equipment’s power cords.
We got quite a bit done, but there’s more still to do!
We needed to hit the library 📚 before going home 🏡 as there was season 3 of Yellowstone waiting for us.

Hi! No, we aren't done yet. Theres a couple more components and lots of XLR cables and some jumper cables needed. I am ordering what we need, and we will continue to work on it. We tend to do things in an organized manner and then make the installation neat and orderly. That way, there is no cable mess that gets tangled up and other issues. We've done sound installs and music together for many years. We enjoy the work.
Oh yeah. It's not that easy but for sure it will be worth it once it was done.
