Ellos querían ir a la playa un rato, en vista de que teníamos el día libre de actividades escolares los complací, así que nos fuimos un rato. Pasamos por día de las playas que más le agrada, pero estaban sucias, llenas de algas así que decí llevarlos a playa Manzanillo, está queda al norte de la isla de Margarita, es una playa ubicada en una población dónde la comunidad vive de la pesca

They wanted to go to the beach for a while, since we had the day off from school activities I obliged them, so we went for a while. We spent a day visiting the beaches he liked the most, but they were dirty, full of algae, so I decided to take them to Manzanillo Beach, it is located north of the island of Margarita, it is a beach located in a town where the community lives off fishing.
Al llegar a Manzanillo, está estába tranquila, ella siempre está limpia. Pero los botes de pescas estaban activos sacando un tren lleno de sardinas, dónde un camión cava esperaba para llevarse está mercancía, quizás para repartir al pueblo o para venderlas. Lo cierto es que era una enorme cantidad, mis hijos encantados de ver el trabajo dónde, hasta las mujeres colaboran para traer las cestas hasta la cava.

La sardina es muy económica, tres kilos o cuatro los venden en 1$ pero es de poco gustar a las personas. Yo generalmente las meto en olla de presión, previamente limpias y sin escamas y luego las guisó con cebolla y tomate, de esa manera son exquisitas. A mis hijos ble regalaron un tono de sardinas, mientras tanto mi hijo menor se divertía recogiendo de la área las que caían.
Sardines are very cheap, three or four kilos are sold for $1 but people don't like them very much. I usually put them in a pressure cooker, previously cleaned and without scales, and then I stew them with onion and tomato, that way they are exquisite. My children were given a ton of sardines, meanwhile my youngest son had fun collecting the ones that fell from the area.
Desde lo lejos de veía los botes haciendo ese mismo trabajo, las aves se aglomeraban esperando poder casar algunas para comer. La cantidad de aves era increíble y hacían mucho ruido cuando veían movimiento. Logré ver a un señor con un pez muy grande y no dude en preguntarle el nombre del pescado, era un savano, jamás lo había visto.
From a distance I could see the boats doing the same job, the birds were crowding around waiting to catch some to eat. The number of birds was incredible and they made a lot of noise when they saw movement. I managed to see a man with a very large fish and I did not hesitate to ask him the name of the fish, it was a savanno, I had never seen it.
Logramos el objetivo del día, pasarla super bien, mis hijos contentos de ver el trabajo del pescador y como su gente apoya para traer el pescado a la orilla de la playa. Regresamos a casa felices y con sardinas para repartir a la familia.
We achieved the goal of the day, having a great time, my children were happy to see the work of the fisherman and how his people supported him to bring the fish to the shore of the beach. We returned home happy and with sardines to distribute to the family.

A cool fishing experience. That's quite a large fish over there. I do love Sardines though. Actually, in this part of the world, we love Sardines a whole lot.

The big fish, its name is savannah, it's the first time I've heard it. It's sardine season around here and there are a lot of them, the kids were super excited. Thank you for visiting me.
