Una noche que fui a visitar a la abuela de mis hijos, ahí su tía les estaba haciendo un pizza, y es la comida preferida de mis pequeños. Mientras esa pizza estaba lista nos sentamos a jugar ludo, me llamo mucho la atención una caja con muchos juegos de mesa pero el más llamativo para mi fue el ludo.

One night I went to visit my children's grandmother, and their aunt was making them pizza, which is my little ones' favorite food. While the pizza was being prepared, we sat down to play Ludo. I was struck by a box of board games, but the most striking one for me was Ludo.

Mi hijo menor aprendió enseguida las reglas del juego y nos sentamos a jugar, este momento fue para mi como retroceder al pasado, ya que era lo que yo jugaba en aquel entonces.

My youngest son quickly learned the rules of the game and we sat down to play. This moment was like stepping back in time for me, since that was what I played back then.

Yo escogí las fichas de color verde para jugar, mi hijo jugo con las fichas color azul y su prima con las fichas color amarillo. Iniciamos la partida, mi pequeño estaba tan feliz que manifestaba qué le encantaba el juego.

I chose the green pieces to play with, my son played with the blue pieces, and his cousin with the yellow pieces. We started the game, and my little one was so happy that he showed how much he loved the game.

A todas estas el juego avanzaba y ciertos pasos que dábamos, por reglas del juego caiamos en lugares donde teníamos que retroceder a nuestra casita qué era el punto de salida.

All this while the game was moving forward and certain steps we took, according to the rules of the game, led us to places where we had to go back to our little house, which was the starting point.

En mi caso solo retrocedí una sola vez, mientras mi pequeño jugaba y avanzaba paso a paso, y el termino ganando el juego, estaba emocionado bde haber ganado el juego, quería seguir jugando, pero ya se acercaba la hora de comer de la pizza que preparaba su tía.

In my case, I only went back once, while my little one played and advanced step by step, and he ended up winning the game. He was excited to have won the game and wanted to keep playing, but it was getting close to time to eat the pizza his aunt was preparing.

Este juego fue parte de mi infancia, y revivir este momento con mi hijo hoy en día me satisface muchísimo. Espero poder repetir una partida de ludo, fue un placer compartir con ustedes de esta momento tan emocionante junto a mi pequeño hijo. Nos vemos en mi próxima publicación.

This game was part of my childhood, and reliving this moment with my son today gives me great satisfaction. I hope to be able to play Ludo again; it was a pleasure to share this exciting moment with my little son. See you in my next post.
