What is Diplomacy?

When it comes to resolving conflicts, diplomatic behavior is an important basis and when people approach each other and try to find solutions to existing problems, this is usually a sign of strength and can also be seen as an attempt to clarify things respectfully. The most important goal of diplomacy is to find solutions that are in the interest of both partners and it is important that they try to work as rationally as possible and responds to the needs of others and tries to understand what points of view they represent and what their long-term goals are and a skillful diplomat tries to be professionally and in the middle. Even if someone does not understand the views of the other, diplomacy is a form of art that results in disputes being avoided and trying to work together and it depends entirely on the area in which diplomacy is used and if someone look at it on a political level, representatives of a country are usually selected for this to negotiate with others on important topics, but you regularly see in the most scenarios of everyday life how it comes to situations in which diplomatic thinking is required. Without the right kind of conversation, you can often forget diplomacy and at the beginning it is important to find the right climate to which, in addition to courtesy, it is important to meet the discussion partner on other levels and this can refer to facial expressions, gestures or certain preferences like cultural characteristics. Attempts at intimidation or the use of various forms of violence have no place in reasonable diplomacy and can also be seen as a sign of weakness on the other side. Before people go the way of diplomacy, this is often calculated exactly and of course each side tries to prepare itself exactly for the dialogue and try to use its own advantages and if it comes to spontaneous situations in which diplomacy is needed and a solution is found, this can be seen as a sign of a strong form of diplomacy. Diplomacy is essential to maintain certain interests and this strategy often proves more tact than acting violently against opponents and even in disputes where parties are already fighting against each other, this can lead to a solution to the problem. Diplomacy is of great importance in the present as it was already the case in old cultures and already thousands of years ago were people trying to find diplomatic solutions to their problems and in the past there were messengers used who were selected before and without diplomacy, it would not have been able to develop countries.
