The production of melatonin takes place in the dark and results in people feeling more tired and by the influence of light this process is interrupted and you feel awake and melatonin also affects the regeneration of the body and too little if the melatonin is is to low, you are more susceptible to diseases and our cells are damaged and in addition, this also has an influence on the aging process. Light also has the consequence that the cognitive abilities are influenced and the false light can lead to the fact that you feel stressed and the ability to concentrate is impaired and the absorption of information is disturbed and these negative effects also lead to physical complaints and if, for example, stress is triggered by the false light, this can lead to a whole series of diseases such as burnout, heart or circulatory diseases, shortness of breath, skin diseases, stomach ulcers and many more.

In daylight, the blue proportion of light is particularly high, which ensures that you feel particularly awake and at the beginning of the evening, the light becomes warmer and warmer and has a calming effect on us and warmer colors such as red have a rather calming effect on the body. Light can influence all kinds of emotions and thus the mood is also related to it and this effect can be used in a very targeted manner and a good example is in the marketing area where light is used specifically to change the perception of the customer and thus increase interest. The whole thing usually works so subliminally and it is particularly important to use colors in this context that increase the attraction and create positive emotions such as fun and also the whole thought pattern is influenced by it and subliminally the moments as well as the feelings that you had are stored in the subconscious which ensures that the customer comes more often.
