Monomad - Waning Moon

Hello dear Hiveans, first of all I wish you a nice day and hopefully you enjoy your weekend, alone, with your friends or family! I would like to participate in the Black and White Challenge again today and this post is my entry for the #monomad challenge by @monochromes.

As my photo theme, I have chosen an object that convinces even without much editing in a beautiful natural black and white look, the moon. I took these pictures of the waning moon a few days ago and hope you like them!

Just as black and white often symbolises flowing transitions, the moon is also a symbol of change, power and fertility. In some cultures, the moon is a symbol between death and resurrection. The moon has many powers for example to heal people, especially for nature, the moon is at least so important as the sun and an important part of the balance of nature. Many insects, birds and other animals are guided by the moonlight.

When reading the waning moon I remember my grandmother and my mother, they preferred to plant the plants when the moon was in this phase, I don't really know the reason, but the plants became beautiful, there are many myths related to the moon, possibly they are well-founded, good entry and I wish you luck

Plants react to the moon just like mushrooms. It is said that mushrooms and plants should grow well during the increasing moon. I think it's cool that you were able to collect such beautiful memories :) Glad you like my entry, have a nice weekend!

I have heard many many stories about moon in my child hood from my mom and grand parents, that was an amazing time.
