Monomad - Quartz
Hey dear Hive friends, I wish you a nice Saturday and hope you are all doing relatively well! I would like to create this post for the #monomad challenge and present some black and white pictures that I took today.
Matching to my last entries, I would like to present an interesting mineral, which has a special value for me, as I collected it myself in the Swiss mountains some years ago. Already over 500 years ago, old writings were created in which this mineral was mentioned and one of the first who wrote about it was Georgius Agricola (1494 - 1555). One of the most important characteristics is probably the transparent to opaque appearance and there are several different types in different colors from white to violet, yellow and more.
Also from a spiritual point of view, quartz is an interesting mineral that can help to bring harmony and can be a good companion for meditation exercises. In addition, quartz has healing properties and can help against various diseases such as major problems or inflammatory diseases. It can also improve mood and help, for example, against depression or mental blockages.
Some like to put quartz in a glass of water to unfold the effect, others wear it as a chain or bracelet, which in my eyes is the best form of application to wear it directly on the skin. Quartz is also used for the production of various things, such as watches, screens, filters and there are many more areas where it is used.
It can also be found in Greek mythology and is associated with Lysithea, the daughter of Okeanos. In other mythologies it can also be found in the Indian, for example, it is connected to the rainbow, even interestingly according to the Hindu teaching, the rays of the rainbow correspond to 7 cosmic rays, which are emitted by divine power.

These kinds of minerals are very rare to find, and yet you have found them.
One of many reasons to travel to the mountains. It awakens memories and connects them in such a beautiful way.
In relation to the spiritual part, I think that faith is what really does the miracle, it doesn't matter if it is a quartz or whatever, believing always has its rewards and if you add positive energy much better, but everything is respectable
