Walk in nature.
Today was a wonderful walk in nature. I went with friends to nature, we went to the lake.
It's very cool there. A little bit about cold, the flow of wind and water creates coolness.
It's so quiet here, you can only hear the sound of the wind, the singing of birds, the sound of the waves. Such peace.
We laid a blanket near the water, drank juice and ate sandwiches with vegetables. In the fresh air, a good appetite appears.
I love such hikes. 🏕️
You gain new strength, inspiration. With fresh thoughts you burst into everyday life again.
I often go for a walk. Not every day of course, because there is a lot of work. I draw a lot now. Nature helps to find new ideas 💡
