My friends and I went into town today to take a stroll, soak up new emotions and impressions, be inspired by the city's beauty, and enjoy the bustle of the city, at least occasionally. Although I'm not a fan of the hustle and bustle of the city. I prefer quiet, peaceful places. For example, I love walking in nature, in the forest, by the lake, and so on.

But today, my friends invited me to go into town, have coffee and talk, discuss the news, and so on.

We bought coffee at a kiosk and sat on a bench, facing a whole avenue of flowers. They are so beautiful, blooming so profusely. I love their delicate color. I love pink. It's so pleasant, delicate, and beautiful.

I love it when cities are landscaped, when flowers are planted in the avenues. It brings life to a city amidst high-rise buildings. Flowers, trees, and lawns beautify the city.

Beautiful flowers. In Sri Lanka we mostly see these kinds of colorful flowerbeds in cooler areas like Nuwara Eliya, so it’s nice to see how beautifully they brighten your city too. The purple color really stands out and your photos captured the details very well. 🌸
