I took a photo of a pigeon. It's so cute. It gave me time to take a photo of it. And it seems like it noticed me) it was looking at me like that.
I love photographing birds. But it's very difficult. Much more difficult than taking a photo of flowers, for example. Flowers don't fly away, but birds can fly away and not let you take a picture of them.
Pigeons are beautiful birds. We have a lot of them. They stay here in winter when other birds fly away to warmer places. Pigeons love to be fed. If you scatter seeds, they will fly to you. You can even leave the seeds in your hand, and some pigeons will sit on your hand to peck at the grains. Maybe you've seen the movie “Home Alone,” where pigeons sat on a woman and pecked at the grains from her hands.
In the past, pigeons were used to send letters when there were no telephones, mail, or other means of communication. They are even called carrier pigeons.
