That’s where my beloved aquarium is located. Don’t believe the haters who say nasty things about it. It’s a unique place. Let me start by saying that the exhibition area is just a small part of it—the aquarium has research facilities where scientists work, and its main mission is to preserve and study biodiversity. These are restricted areas; the public isn’t allowed in there. The aquarium itself is dedicated to the history of the sea. The exhibition is laid out in such a way that you take a journey from the planet’s creation, through millions of years, all the way to modern marine animals. The aquarium’s design itself is futuristic and very stylish. Although you have to walk a lot, everything is so interesting, and all the halls (though it’s hard to call them “halls”) are so different that you don’t even notice the distance! Prehistoric times are represented by fossils, models, and animatronic figures that unexpectedly come to life. Between the halls, there are mini-cinemas showing short films. As for the modern world, it features hundreds of creatures of such whimsical shapes and incredible beauty—from jellyfish to birds and marine mammals! The halls are divided into sections dedicated to different ecological niches. There’s even a hall for deep-sea creatures, plunged into complete darkness. This place leaves a lasting impression, and it brings tears to your eyes just thinking about how beautiful our planet is!

Hi. I'm glad you liked it.
There are plenty of places like this. I'm sorry you don't have a place like this.

Sure, we don't really have somewhere like this here in my country. If I may ask, which country are you?
