I went for a walk with my friends over the weekend. We walked through the park. But then we decided to go to the lake.
And I'm very glad we did, because we saw these beautiful birds called egrets.
They stayed to winter on the lake. I don't know if they fly to warmer places in winter. I need to read up on them.
