Generally, I am not a fan of such herbariums. I love live insects. 🐛
But herbariums are often made from insects.
As a child, I found dead bugs and collected them to make a herbarium. I felt sorry for the live ones.
I was going about my business, walked into a room, and saw this herbarium.
The butterfly is very beautiful and large.
Of course, it's nicer to see butterflies flying over grass and flowers. But there are also herbarium enthusiasts.
Butterflies come in all shapes and sizes. Different sizes, different colors.
Everyone knows that a butterfly emerges from a caterpillar. A caterpillar is not as beautiful and pleasant as a butterfly.
You want to touch a butterfly, you want it to sit on your hand, but with a caterpillar it's a different story. It's not very pleasant when a caterpillar crawls on your hand or when you find it in vegetables or fruit) caterpillars are pests, they eat the harvest. But a butterfly doesn't seem to do anything bad.
It's a very beautiful butterfly, and the herbarium looks beautiful in this room. As I said, it's not my thing at all, but there are people who appreciate this beauty, herbarium lovers.
