In the spring, we planted tomatoes, and among them was a strange variety. At first, we couldn't understand what kind of tomato it was; it didn't turn red but black. It is very unusual but beautiful. It tastes very good, even sweet.
There wasn't much of this variety of tomato in the harvest. But now I know that such tomatoes exist. I also looked on the internet and found that “Sergeant” comes in red, yellow, and dark purple.
Caring for tomatoes is not easy. They need to be fertilized with special fertilizers and watered. By the way, you need to water at the root; it is not advisable to pour water on the leaves, especially during the hot part of the day. It is best to water in the evening or early in the morning. We have special hoses for watering, with holes in them that drip water.
I love tomatoes. I love tomato salad. My favorite salad 🥗: tomatoes 🍅, cucumber 🥒, onion 🧅, dill, sunflower oil or olive oil, and salt 🧂. Mix it all together and it's very tasty. 🤤
