Taking mirror photos has become one of my little joys. It’s not just about capturing my reflection, but about pausing for a moment, breathing, and seeing myself with kindness. Every time I take one, I feel like I release a bit of the tension I’ve been carrying during the day. Maybe it’s because mirrors reflect more than what we see — they show how we’re feeling inside too. 💫

There’s something therapeutic about fixing my hair, smiling slightly, and clicking that photo. It’s my way of saying, “I’m here, I’m okay, and I still like who I am.” Sometimes small things like this are what keep us balanced, right? 💕

Tomarme fotos en el espejo se ha convertido en uno de mis pequeños placeres. No se trata solo de capturar mi reflejo, sino de hacer una pausa, respirar y verme con amabilidad. Cada vez que tomo una, siento que libero un poco la tensión que llevo encima. Tal vez es porque los espejos reflejan más de lo que vemos… también muestran cómo nos sentimos por dentro. 💫

Hay algo terapéutico en arreglarme el cabello, sonreír un poco y tomar esa foto. Es mi manera de decir “aquí estoy, estoy bien y sigo gustándome como soy”. A veces son estas pequeñas cosas las que nos mantienen en equilibrio, ¿no crees? 💕
