Un día de universidad en mi vida📚💗🌸 || A college day in my life📚💗🌸
Ya comenzó la nueva temporada de clases, adiós a las vacaciones, no fue fácil adaptarme en el principio pero siento que ya lo logré, y algo que me ayudó fue romantizar todo este inicio de clases, ¿está bien? ¿está mal? para mí es algo necesario, a pesar de las dificultades es bonito encontrar el lado bueno de la situación, y por eso te muestro cómo es un día de universidad en mi vida✨
Si aún no lo sabes, estoy estudiando el 8vo semestre de la licenciatura de Psicología, solo veo clases de lunes a miércoles (los otros dos días son de pasantías), y tengo que levantarme muy temprano (5am) para arreglarme y tener tiempo de agarrar el transporte de la universidad. ¡Y es algo completamente increíble! Es un servicio que estuvo inhabilitado desde hace varios años hasta ahora, y en su recorrido actual pasa muy cerca de mi casa, así que he sido muy feliz en estas últimas semanas, porque es completamente gratis y así ahorro mucho dinero.
Además, varios de mis amigos y compañeros de clases también utilizan el transporte, así que nos vamos reuniendo en el camino, algo muy divertido. Y al mismo tiempo, es un pequeño momento para estar en contacto con estudiantes de otras carreras, cosa que no sucede a menudo para los estudiantes de psicología, dado que siempre estamos alejados de todos por nuestras aulas de clases.
If you still don't know, I'm studying 8th semester of Psychology, I only see classes from Monday to Wednesday (the other two days are internships), and I have to get up very early (5am) to get ready and have time to take the university transportation. And it's something completely amazing!✨ It's a service that was disabled for several years until now, and in its current route it passes very close to my house, so I've been very happy these last weeks, because it's completely free and I save a lot of money.
In addition, several of my friends and classmates also use the transport, so we get to meet on the way, which is a lot of fun. And at the same time, it's a small moment to be in contact with students from other careers, something that doesn't happen often for psychology students, since we are always far away from everyone because of our classrooms.

Al estar finalizando la carrera ya no veo tantas materias como al principio, sin embargo, las cuatro materias que estoy viendo ahora son más pesadas y exigentes de las que vi en el primer semestre😁 Me encantan todas, pero los martes solo veo una: Sexualidad.
La materia en sí es bastante interesante, pero el profesor también ayuda. Es un profesor que aprecio y que sabe como explicar los temas, es totalmente seguro que voy a salir del salón con nuevos conocimientos. Este día aprendimos sobre los Derechos Sexuales y Reproductivos del ser humano, realmente no sabía que existía un apartado en las leyes de Venezuela para esos temas, así que fue muy agradable conocer sobre esto, saber que nuestra sociedad está un poco más avanzada de lo que yo pensaba 😂
As I am finishing my degree I don't see as many subjects as I did at the beginning, however, the four subjects I am seeing now are heavier and more demanding than the ones I saw in the first semester 😁 I love all of them, but on Tuesdays I only see one: Sexuality.
The subject itself is quite interesting, but the teacher also helps. He is a teacher that I appreciate, and he knows how to explain the topics, it's totally sure that I'm going to leave the classroom with new knowledge. This day we learned about the Sexual and Reproductive Rights of the human being, I really didn't know that there was a section in the laws of Venezuela for those topics, so it was very nice to learn about this, to know that our society is a little more advanced than I thought 😂

La clase termina al mediodía y como los salones son demasiado fríos por el aire acondicionado (aunque yo amo eso, porque detesto el calor) salimos un rato a sentarnos bajo la sombra de los árboles.
Esto también es algo nuevo que ya estoy amando, crearon un espacio al aire libre al lado de nuestras aulas de clases, hay mesas y bancos donde podemos compartir y sentarnos a hablar o almorzar. Hay muchos árboles (y también iguanas😂) y como alguien que le gusta estar en contacto con la naturaleza aprecio mucho este nuevo espacio. Además, no saben la amplitud de chismes que se han contado en esas mesas😂😂
Class ends at noon and since the classrooms are too cold because of the air conditioning (although I love that, because I hate the heat) we go out for a while to sit under the shade of the trees.
This is also something new that I am already loving, they created an outdoor space next to our classrooms, there are tables and benches where we can share and sit and talk or have lunch. There are lots of trees (and also iguanas😂) and as someone who likes to be in contact with nature I really appreciate this new space. Also, you don't know the extent of gossip that has been told at those tables😂😂

Pero, sin duda, lo mejor del día fue lo siguiente: el comedor✨
No había comido en el comedor de la universidad desde aproximadamente 4 años, estaba inhabilitado por la situación del país y realmente se puede comprender. No obstante, ¡ya lo habilitaron de nuevo! ¡Y la comida estuvo deliciosa!🤩 El menú fue: sopa de lentejas, pasta corta, juliana de pollo, ensalada de lechuga, delicado de fresa y jugo de piña. Un plato completamente balanceado, nutritivo, con un sabor divino... y gratis. Por unos segundos volví a ser la chica de primer semestre teniendo sus primeras experiencias universitarias, y eso me llenó de nostalgia.
Se siente increíble estar en un ambiente así, con estudiantes de otras carreras, tener esa vida universitaria que vemos en las películas. Es bastante motivador, y le da un toque de alegría a nuestros días de clases🥺
But, without a doubt, the highlight of the day was the following: the university canteen✨
I hadn't eaten at the university dining hall since about 4 years, it was disabled due to the situation in the country, and I can really understand that. However, it's back! And the food was delicious!🤩 The menu was: lentil soup, short pasta, chicken julienne, lettuce salad, delicate strawberry and pineapple juice. A completely balanced, nutritious, divine tasting dish... and free. For a few seconds I went back to being the first semester girl having her first college experiences, and that filled me with nostalgia.
It feels amazing to be in an environment like this, with students from other majors, to have that college life that we see in the movies. It's quite motivating, and it adds a touch of joy to our college days🥺
Y para finalizar un buen día en la universidad, después de comer y reposar la comida, esperamos el transporte otra vez. Gracias al transporte voy a la universidad tranquila, y regreso a mi casa en paz, sin gastar dinero y realmente segura. No tengo el estrés del transporte público, ni tengo que estar caminando de un lado a otro, sinceramente me he sentido protegida y a salvo gracias a esto. Además, que es muy cómodo, especialmente si eres alguien como yo, que lleva muchas cosas encima😬
En mi camino a casa me encontré a otra de mis mejores amigas, que estudia en la misma universidad pero en otra carrera, ella vive muy cerca de mi casa, así que pudimos ponernos al día con nuestras vidas.
And to end a good day at the university, after eating and resting the food, we wait for the transport again. Thanks to the transport I go to the university calmly, and return home in peace, without spending money and really safe. I don't have the stress of public transportation, nor do I have to be walking from one place to another, honestly I have felt protected and safe thanks to this. Plus, that it is very comfortable, especially if you are someone like me, who carries a lot of things on me😬
On my way home I met another one of my best friends, who studies at the same university, but in another career, she lives very close to my house, so we were able to catch up with our lives.
