This question asks us to show three photos of a moment that indicate an occasion where we have felt "at our best", but I would like to show you three moments that I thought of, where I did feel this way😌.
We can feel wonderful for different reasons, for example, one day at the end of September last year, I made a very emotional trip for me, because in those days I was going through a bad moment, I was struggling alone and in silence for a problem, I did not tell anyone, but I know that in my behavior I could perceive that something was not right. However, this trip made a difference, because it helped me to clear my mind. I did different activities such as kayaking and canoeing, going to concerts on the beach, doing aerobics in the pool, eating in restaurants and staying in a fancy hotel for the first time.
All this allowed me to feel empowered, they were new things for me, but I did them without fear and enjoyed every moment, I could understand that I still had the strength to accomplish anything, that I still had reasons to enjoy my life. Every day and night I got dressed up, I felt beautiful, and I could laugh heartily 🥺.
En esta pregunta nos indica mostrar tres fotos de algún momento que indiquen una ocasión en dónde nos hayamos sentido "en nuestro mejor momento", pero me gustaría mostrarles tres momentos que pensé, en dónde sí me sentí de esta manera😌
Podemos sentirnos de maravilla por distintas razones, por ejemplo, un día a finales de septiembre del año pasado, realicé un viaje muy emocional para mí, dado a qué en esos días estaba pasando por un mal momento, estaba luchando sola y en silencio por un problema, no le comenté a nadie, pero sé que en mi conducta se podía percibir que algo no estaba bien. Sin embargo, este viaje marcó una diferencia, porque me ayudó a despejar mi mente. Realicé distintas actividades como pasear en kayak y canoa, ir a conciertos a orilla de la playa, hacer aeróbics en la piscina, comer en restaurantes y quedarme por primera vez en un hotel elegante.
Todo esto me permitió sentirme empoderada, eran cosas nuevas para mí, pero las hice sin miedo y disfruté cada momento, pude comprender que aún tenía la fuerza de lograr cualquier cosa, que aún tenía razones para disfrutar de mi vida. Cada día y noche me arreglé, me sentía hermosa, y pude reír con ganas 🥺
On another trip that I felt at my best (because traveling will always be my favorite thing to do) was to the State of Merida, in Venezuela, where I was able to reunite with my old girl, since this was a dream come true, it was a place I had longed to visit since I was a little girl.
It was absolutely an adventure; I socialized and made friends with other people who were on the same tour, I did activities full of adrenaline and physical effort, I visited many places and forgot my phone for a week (it was only important to take pictures, and that was it🤭). I totally got out of my comfort zone, and that's what made me feel wonderful.
I share with you these two photos (out of the dozens I took) because I remember that in those moments I felt so happy that I wanted to cry with emotion🥺.
En otro viaje que me sentí en mi mejor momento (porque viajar siempre será mi cosa favorita) fue al Estado Mérida, en Venezuela, dónde pude reencontrarme con mi niña anterior, dado a qué esto fue un sueño cumplido, era un lugar que anhelaba visitar desde muy pequeña.
Fue absolutamente una aventura; socialicé e hice amistades con otras personas que estaban en el mismo tour, realicé actividades llenas de adrenalina y de bastante esfuerzo físico, conocí muchos sitios y olvidé mi teléfono por una semana (solo era importante para tomar fotos, y ya🤭). Salí totalmente de mi zona de confort, y eso fue lo que me hizo sentir de maravilla.
Les comparto estas dos fotos (de las decenas que tomé) porque recuerdo que en esos momentos me sentía tan feliz que quería llorar de emoción🥺
And lastly, there is something that always makes me feel like I am in a great moment, and strangely enough, it is the university activities. Even though they stress me out and give me high levels of anxiety, I consider that I have a great work team, and at the end we make a good presentation. Seeing the results of everything, noticing that we did a great job, fills me with pride and joy. For example, this activity from last year, where we explained Leadership through a Superheroes theme 🔥✨

I am a student, I live constantly with stress and anxiety, with exhaustion, and as I go up each semester those criteria are increasing, because the demand in the career, and also personally, is greater. Therefore, it is very important to have "something" that allows me to relax and clear my mind for a moment.
I really love spending time alone, with myself, I enjoy my company💜 and the things I do during these moments are:
Drawing and reading✨ They are two things that allow me to disconnect from reality, during those hours I am in another world. Nothing bothers me and I feel relaxed. I really love to do those two hobbies, they help me a lot.
Soy estudiante, vivo constantemente con estrés y ansiedad, con agotamiento, y al ir subiendo cada semestre esos criterios se van incrementando, porque la exigencia en la carrera, y también personalmente, es mayor. Por lo tanto, es muy importante tener “algo” que me permita relajarme, y despejar mi mente por un momento.
Realmente me encanta pasar tiempo sola, conmigo misma, disfruto de mi compañía💜 y las cosas que hago durante estos momentos son:
Dibujar y leer✨ Son dos cosas que me permite desconectarme de la realidad, durante esas horas estoy en otro mundo. Nada me molesta y me siento relajada. De verdad amo realizar esos dos hobbies, me ayudan muchísimo.
Spending time with my pets✨ Luna (dog), Lys and Nyako (cats) are the loves of my life. I know they and I have a connection, and those furry ones make me laugh, cuddle with me when I'm sad, they just make me happy. I can be in my room, watching a movie, lying down with my cat, and it's my way of recharging energy.
And lastly, curling up in my bed and listening to music, is one of the most effective things to improve my mood✨ It's my time to reflect, to think about things, but not in a bad way, but as a method of talking to myself and relaxing, and sometimes, imagining scenarios that may never happen, but they help to regain energy.
Pasar tiempo con mis mascotas✨ Luna (perro), Lys y Nyako (gatos) son los amores de mi vida. Sé que ellos y yo tenemos una conexión, y esos peludos me hacen reír, se acurrucan conmigo cuando estoy triste, simplemente me hacen feliz. Puedo estar en mi habitación, viendo una película, acostada con mi gata, y es mi manera de recargar energía
Y por último, acurrucarme en mi cama y escuchar música, es una de las cosas más efectivas para mejorar mi humor✨ Es mi momento de reflexión, de pensar en las cosas, pero no de una mala manera, sino como un método de hablar conmigo misma y relajarme, y a veces, imaginar escenarios que quizás nunca sucedan, pero ayudan a recuperar la energía.
