This past weekend, my wife celebrated another birthday. We kept the celebration low-key this time, inviting only our closest family members, so we wouldn’t let this special day go unnoticed. In the end, what matters is being happy and living each day as if there were no tomorrow.

It feels like just yesterday that I met my wife, but on this journey, it’s already been almost 12 years between dating, engagement, and marriage. Time flies by too quickly, which is why it’s important to live every moment with joy and gratitude. She completes me with her joy and intensity, while I’m more reserved and analytical in what I do and say. I think it’s really true when they say opposites attract!

Even with just a few guests, the anniversary was very lively. And that’s what matters: being happy with what God blesses us with, whether it’s a little or a lot.

Nesse último final de semana, minha esposa celebrou mais um ano de vida. O aniversário foi bem reservado desta vez, apenas com as pessoas mais próximas da família, para não deixar essa data especial passar em branco. No fim, o que importa é ser feliz e viver cada dia como se não houvesse amanhã.

Parece que foi ontem que conheci minha esposa, mas nessa jornada já se vão quase 12 anos entre namoro, noivado e casamento. O tempo passa rápido demais, por isso é importante viver cada momento com alegria e gratidão. Ela me completa com sua alegria e intensidade, enquanto eu sou mais reservado e analítico no que faço e falo. Acho que é verdade mesmo quando dizem que os opostos se atraem!
