Wait Until I am Beautiful

I have posted so many photos of caterpillars because they are quite easy to find and they won't fly away like dragonflies or jump out like a jumping spider.

Some of them might be quite intimidating, but it is just a part of their life cycle. This is the very bad part because they tend to look scary, sometimes considered pests because of their ferocious appetite. But at the end of their life, they will turn into one of the very beautiful insects in the wild.

I don't really know the name of this caterpillar or the moth or butterfly that they will be. One thing is for sure, they will look completely different from this stage of their life.

Beautiful captures Eka. I'm very scared with caterpillars especially like these ones with many spines but began to appreciate them a bit more especially when they turn into moths or butterflies.

Yes it is just their defense system that needs them to look scary. some even have venom to make you itchy, but still, as you said they are terrifyingly beautiful : )
