Lonely Weaver Ant - Monomad challenge

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge hosted and curated by @monochromes

I am not really sure what is this guy doing alone, wanderign around in this dangerous place of the wild. Because just if only it lower its guard just a little bit, then it might ends up inside someone belly.

And also this little guy usually is in a group, so that when one is in danger and sends out distress signal the nearby unit can come and give help very quickly.

There is a big chance that this little guy is in a mission to find a new food source for the colony, and that is the reason why it was alone when I found it. But yeah it is a very wild world out there and this beautiful ant can vanish in any second, and become part of the nature life cycle.

Nice captures! It came out nicely in monochrome, and it held still long enough to get a few good pictures. Great job!

As always, you've done a great job of taking these photos, with contrast and perfectly detailed motifs.
