Just Don't Let Me Sting You! !
I was still learning my new macro diffuser when I decided to take these photographs of Ropalidia's nest. They somehow build a nest in the branch of a
creeping fig plantation in the gate leading to the kitchen area in my workplace.
I know it is kind of dangerous to have them in that kind of place since I am clumsy enough that sometime in the future I might bump into the nest and might get some of them to sting my head (cross fingers it will not happen 🤞🤞)
Ropalidia is a large genus of a paper wasp, even though it is said that they have so many species under this genus, there is still a little bit of information about most of the species on the internet, and that is the reason I can't find the exact species of this wasp that I manage to photograph.
But unfortunately, because I am still in the learning phase, many of these photos are not really that sharp. I hope you all like them.
