Cosmophasis lami

I wish that you are not that bored with my jumping spider content, because for today I also have another jumping spider that roams around my front yard. Today I have another species from Cosmophasis genus, this is the Cosmophasis lami or also known as the Lami Beach northern jumping spider or tangerine garden jumper, I think they got the tangerine name from the color of their body.

I found him in the frangipani tree and the withering leaf blend nicely with the color of its body. It makes them quite invisible to the predator of the prey.
