Pedro & Alejandra – A Love That Shines ESP/ENG

Pedro and Alejandra are one of those couples you just can’t be indifferent to. Two amazing people with overflowing personalities who I truly enjoyed photographing on their wedding day. Besides being incredibly charismatic and beautiful people, the venue they chose for their reception was honestly stunning.

Pedro y Alejandra son de esas parejas con las que no quedas indiferente, dos grandes personas con una personalidad desbordante con las que disfruté mucho al hacerles las fotografías de su boda. Aparte de ser unas personas muy carismáticas y bellas, el lugar que eligieron para su recepción fue bastante bello, a decir verdad.

I can’t say that every couple I’ve photographed has shown their love for each other as openly as Pedro and Alejandra. I really enjoy working with couples who wear their feelings on their sleeves—it’s one of the beautiful parts of my job—and I have a special fondness for these particular photos.

No puedo decir que todas las personas a las que he fotografiado se les note tanto el amor que se sienten como Pedro y Alejandra. Me gusta trabajar con parejas que dejan ver sus sentimientos, es algo bonito de mi trabajo y a estas fotografías les tengo especial aprecio.

Whenever I have the chance, I always replicate this particular lighting setup where I place a flash on the bride’s shoulder to create that gorgeous glow. I don’t do it exactly the same for every couple though; I like to incorporate elements from the environment or the couple themselves so each set of photos has its own personality. I loved how these turned out, and I hope you’ll like them too.

Siempre que tengo la oportunidad, replico este seteo de iluminación donde coloco un flash en el hombro de la novia para lograr ese gran brillo. Y no lo hago exactamente igual con todos, ya que busco usar elementos del ambiente o de los propios novios para que cada una tenga su personalidad.
