The subjectivity of beauty is a spectrum as wide as it is diverse. I'm personally not attracted to women with the style this model aims for, but I can still appreciate the style itself and understand how those canons work.

Emotionality is something that is very linked to the photographic experience. If you don't have a correct management of your emotions and those of the model, it can be more complicated for the session to feel fluid and comfortable. This is a crucial, non-technical part of the job; sometimes the best lens is just pure empathy.

La emocionalidad es algo que está muy ligado a la experiencia fotográfica. Si no tienes una correcta gestión de tus emociones y las del modelo, puede ser más complicado que la sesión se sienta fluida y cómoda.

For me, it's a mirror work, where I must find a part of myself through the model's eyes and thus connect with what he or she can offer. It's about letting the boundaries blur momentarily, allowing that honesty to flow so that the person in front of the camera truly feels seen, not just posed. That's where the best portraits come from, from that moment of shared, transparent vulnerability.
