Vama Veche - The beach

The beach maybe is not the best it has to offer our sea, but here you can actually stay directly on sand and not forced to rent a beach lounger how it is on other places. As you can see, there is some area with grass, but it's unattended and the drought left its mark. First day we had some nice waves being windy but here on the Black Sea you don't get often surf waves. The seafront here is not that long, you can walk it till you get to the border with Bulgaria.

The beach in Vama Veche is wide, having in some areas over 200 meters. Intimate and wild, the beach is also populated at night by young people who gather around campfires. There are areas where people stay in tents or in travel trailers & campers.
Total length of beaches is more than 1 km.
