The Cause Of Flood In My Area

We experience a one week rain in my locality which causes a lot of damages both in roads and house. Many outdoor activities such as hawker were not able to do their business due to the rain. The frustration of even coming out of the house to get basic needs for the day , was frustrating. Some house were filled with water, some their properties were condemn due to bad roof which is shocking as it is the first time the locality is experiencing such.

The cause of the flood is liken to lack of drainage in the area, bad road. Most times when it rains , it usually takes time for the water to flow out, affecting people's houses and properties has never happened. This cause some families to be homeless for some days now, causing depression. Added to the high price of things in the market, thinking how to gather money to get new ones 😞. Some cars engine were affected , because of the flood , it's frustrating.
This is one of the worst experience we in this area has experienced, and we wish never to experience such again. We hope and pray the government will come to our aid.
