Some of these works are very expressive, especially the masks and Szilárd Nagy's paintings.

Outsider artists can be as talented as anyone, often highly focused on a theme or style, while they're not in a position to have a professional art career for other reasons. I've known a few outsider musicians.

I think we should take them seriously, which also means being selective in curation, not just displaying works to make them proud like children.
