I Found This Mushroom Just After The Rain Stopped - Fungi Friday

Hi everyone... Nice to see you all here again. It's been raining almost every day in my area for the past few weeks. While sometimes it's just a light rain, occasionally it's really heavy.

However, when the rain subsides, I take the time to look for mushrooms growing around my house. I've had to postpone my foraging in the forest due to the unpredictable weather.

As usual, the images I'm sharing here are "My Contribution to #FungiFriday by @ewkaw"

My search for mushrooms yielded excellent results. As usual, I searched for mushrooms in places where they could grow, or where I often find them. My primary target was fallen or decaying trees.

The mushrooms I found were growing on a fairly large, decaying tree. This tree had been dead for a long time and was in the process of decay.

These beautiful mushrooms appeared to be growing well and were still very fresh. The color of the mushrooms was striking, and they were quite large and thick.

These mushrooms grew close together, and judging by their appearance, they appeared to be of the same species. Even the ones growing on the ground, when I dug a little with my hand, revealed rotting parts of the tree.

There were several piles of mushrooms growing close together on this decaying tree. Their shape was very interesting, and they were growing attached to the tree.

I took several photos from different angles to get good results. As you can see, these mushrooms look bright even though I took them when the rain had just stopped.

These mushrooms truly have a beautiful color, a tricolor blend of cream, orange, and white. At least that's how I saw them. Furthermore, I noticed that the rain had just stopped, making them even more beautiful because they were still wet with rainwater.

These are truly beautiful mushrooms, and I'm happy to share them with my friends here in the #FungiFriday Community.

Thank you for visiting and viewing my post. Best regards.
