What isn't working for you, mate
I've encountered an issue with Posh not being activated when my blog is shared on social media.
Moreover, transitioning to manual curation on @psyberx has been quite challenging – managing a Neoxian loan through a power down and manual curation led to a 40% delegation loss thus far. While it's a relief not to be associated with "vote selling" anymore, our main objective is to endorse gaming-related content. We're actively seeking support to counter the decline and sustain growth in promoting gaming content with an emphasis on social onboarding.
Define social media, twitter hasn't worked for months for anyone since the API cost changes. Reddit still works but barely anyone is sharing there.

Had no idea that Twitter wasn't working, I shared recently on D.Buzz and same, just thought I wasn't able to utilize it any longer.
As for the other stuff just reaching out for help as we lose support. 40k HP lost so far is 40% lost yet to OCDB it would be less than 1%, so maybe a follow of @psyberx trail with 1% vote or a delegation consideration.
Sorry but seeing the "curation" you guys have done over time it wouldn't be something I'd trail or delegate to even if I wasn't still insisting on doing everything manual after 7 years.
As we strive to enhance our project's "curation" program, which has been running for nearly two years, I've come to understand that following your advice or responding to threats would compromise our support and never truly earn yours. Our commitment remains focused on continual improvement and adding value to the Hive Network.
It might be interesting to compare our voting patterns with @ocdb to see which approach spreads votes more broadly, without relying on close-knit circles. While we regularly upvote OCD posts, it appears that our community's content often gets overlooked. Nevertheless, I appreciate your input.
No one's asking for votes on the ocd posts, those are mainly to reward curators going above and beyond for retention and proper curation. Find a niche you want to curate, for instance gaming content since your project is a game, use upvotes as a marketing tool to attract players to your game while making sure you're curating for the right reasons. Not spammy giveaway posts, not whoever delegates to you but based on the quality, effort and activity of authors. Delegation and support should come for many other reasons, but not to get upvotes in exchange, that's majority of what I've witnessed psyberx and some others do.
Our current focus is centered around gaming content and primarily driving social onboarding efforts to Hive. We've encouraged our curators to limit their support for non-gaming content to under 10% voting weight. Our program has undergone significant changes; initially, it revolved around delegating for upvotes. However, it has now transitioned into manual curation, allowing us to witness remarkable contributions from both our team and curators. This approach enables us to effectively reward and retain outstanding community members.
While we would greatly appreciate your support, my primary aim is to have you acknowledge that we are dedicated to adding substantial value to Hive. This aspiration drives me forward, and we hope to achieve it someday. We are constantly onboarding new members to Hive through traditional web2 social media channels as well as web3 platforms on other blockchains. This multifaceted approach allows us to contribute to Hive's growth and community expansion on multiple fronts.

I see posh the same as you. A nice bonus for sharing. I would have shared your post whether I got posh or not. I just asked if it was possible. I have been hoping @acidyo would find a way on one or both of these platforms to make it viable to start earning posh again.
It is great to share inside of hive but to get more possible attention it would be good to look outside of typical social media to alternatives.
