The little blue butterfly (Cupido minimus) is a Palearctic butterfly in the family Lycaenidae. Despite its common name, it is not particularly blue.

The males have a slight bluish tinge at the base of their upper wings but are mostly dark brown like the females. The species can live in colonies of up to several hundred individuals and is cannibalistic in its caterpillar stage.
