RE: Italy, my best road trip

Living in a country under the sanctions of the last decade of the 20th century, as a young man, I dreamed of going to Italy, even if only to Trieste and drinking coffee in the Ponte Rosso square, as generations of my older friends did.

The possibility of coming to Italy, without requiring a visa, which was very difficult to obtain, was like a dream come true.

Trieste several times, Lido di Jesolo, Venice, Treviso, Lake Garda, Padua, Verona, Rome, as well as the places we visited on this tour, are some of the trips of my life.
