burek with fresh cheese, which some may argue isn't a burek at all

As our neighbors from Bosnia say: "Burek is only with meat. When it's with cheese, it's a pie".
I was in Sarajevo a month ago, a colleague tells me, at a football match in which the Sarajevo club hosted the club from Podgorica, visiting fans chanted in the stands: "Burek with cheese", thus annoying the home fans.
"Touch everything, but don't touch my burek" 🙂
