Adentro y afuera ❤️

Paso mucho tiempo disfrutando las vistas de mi balcón y aunque para algunos puede resultar aburrido, siempre hay algo interesante o hermoso que apreciar.

He habilitado un par de asientos y una pequeña mesa para el café (o algo refrescante), pero también en ocasiones me siento a tejer y disfrutar el buen clima.

Alguna plantas las tengo dentro para protegerlas de las ráfagas de viento que en ocasiones son un poco atemorizantes.

La verdad es que tenía un poco de reserva respecto a vivir en un piso alto, después de todo llevaba toda la vida viviendo a ras de suelo, pero ahora disfruto demasiado del espectáculo de esta vista abierta con tanto azul y verde.

Algunos días presencio escenas divertidas, como a los pasadores de perros que llegan con hasta 15 cuadrupedos al canil. Algunos traen ejemplares de tamaños variados, pero los más pequeños son siempre los más alborotadores. Y sí, los ladridos pueden ser un poco molestos, pero ya los he vuelto ruido de fondo y los logro ignorar la mayor parte del tiempo.

Creo que este balcón es un tesoro y estoy agradecida por él ya que me permite no sentirme encerrada ahora que no tengo mi jardín.

Inside and out ❤️

I spend a lot of time enjoying the views from my balcony, and although some might find it boring, there's always something interesting or beautiful to appreciate.

I've set up a couple of seats and a small table for coffee (or something refreshing), but I also sometimes sit and knit and enjoy the nice weather.

I keep some plants inside to protect them from the gusts of wind, which can sometimes be a bit scary.

The truth is, I was a little hesitant about living in a high-rise apartment; after all, I'd lived at ground level my whole life. But now I'm thoroughly enjoying the spectacle of this open view with so much blue and green.

Some days I witness funny scenes, like the dog walkers who arrive with up to 15 four-legged friends at the kennel. Some bring dogs of varying sizes, but the smaller ones are always the most boisterous. And yes, the barking can be a bit annoying, but I've managed to reduce it to background noise and ignore it most of the time.

I think this balcony is a treasure, and I'm grateful for it because it allows me to not feel confined now that I don't have my garden.
