this time I will tell you about my life in the real world. as I explained in my profile bio, I currently work as a cafe waitress. as a cafe maid I try to do it professionally. I always try to provide the best service to the customers of the cafe where I work. by the way, my workplace is not a big restaurant cafe but this is a home cafe that utilizes a small amount of land in front of my boss's house, the owner of the cafe.
there we work 3 people namely 2 men and 1 woman. sometimes we are assisted by our own boss when there are a lot of orders and we have to serve our customers quickly and provide the best service. and that's a little that I can say at my place of work.

beginning of the cafe maid

before I became a cafe maid, I was an admin in a mining company owned by my mother's brother. my job there is to weigh the stones that will be sent as a mixture for building buildings, highways, etc
At that time, when there was a request for stone, many of the companies where I worked had problems with permits and had to close and were forced to lay off almost all employees at the mine, myself included.
After I quit for 6 months, a female friend offered me to work as a cafe waitress. without bothering I took the job because I was in need and ended up replacing my friend who worked at the cafe.

cafe work

there we do not have a jobdesk. we are there to help each other so that our customers are comfortable and satisfied enjoying their time at the cafe. but usually 1 of my girl friends is at the cashier, I'm in the drinks section and 1 guy friend is in the food section.
I really like the relaxed and collaborative work system. I think the environment there is quite good and it is a plus for me to work there.

mocktails

let's discuss this one drink which is the core of my blog this time hehe. This MOCKTAIL is one of the drinks that I usually make. I think this drink is quite interesting because it has 3 colors namely orange, red and blue. for how to make it quite easy, namely. first you prepare the ingredients in the form of: abc pumpkin syrup, marjan syrup strawberry flavor, and sprite, also a little blue food and drink coloring, transparent cup.

ways of making

first you prepare a transparent cup then you pour a little orange syrup into the cup and you give crystal ice cubes in a round shape. after you fill the ice cubes you pour a little red syrup into a cup with a note (not on top of the ice) so that the red syrup can go down to the bottom of the drink and so it doesn't spoil the beauty of the drink. after that you flush with white sprites up to the limit of half a cup, then you mix a little blue dye with the sprites to make it blue and you can pour it into a drinking cup. and so it's a MOCKTAILS
