My Actifit Report Card: June 7 2024

Hey Actifiters, Happy Friday!

After not having the time for any activity yesterday, I was grateful to be able to use my lunch break today to get outside and go for a walk. It was really nice to be outside and to be active. A well-spent use of my lunch break today!

However, I was wishing I had taken my lunch break a little bit earlier in the day. Because at 1:00 when I did get outside it was already starting to get pretty hot. Not that I want to complain. I am so thankful for the sunshine and this beautiful place I live in - the Rogue Valley.

It's fun on my walks to continue to see how much is in bloom. Definitely some beautiful flowers coming alive this time of year and some wonderful scents from the likes of the Jasmine and lavender flowers.

I'm grateful to have the activity today, and I know this weekend will provide some opportunities playing with my kiddos to be active as well, so I'm looking forward to that. Especially so, given that the next few weeks are going to be really busy with me being out of town for work for two of the next three weeks. I'm not sure how much I'll be able to blog next week. I guess we'll see 🙂
