My Actifit Report Card: May 21 2024

Hey Actifiters!

It was another beautiful day for a walk in the Rogue Valley!

I took a afternoon break and got a short walk in. My knees. Have kind of been bothering me lately, particularly in the morning so I decided I would keep it short today. It was still really nice to be outside and active. It's a perfect temperature for a walk.

A really pretty rose flower caught my eye so I just had to stop for a photo.

And at another section of the trail, I smelled something really fragrant. Which led me to find two plants. Flowering. Both smelled wonderful. I'm not sure what this first one is, but the second I know is Jasmine. I love the smell of jasmine flowers!
