My Actifit Report Card: May 10 2024

Happy Friday Actifiters!

I hope you all have been having a great week and that you're finding ways to be active. Even in little ways, we can all be active and help promote the health of our bodies.

Today was another glorious 80° day Fahrenheit in the Rogue Valley. I got out for a walk this afternoon in the beautiful sunshine. It was great to be outside and active, joe by the end of my walk I was wishing I had gone out earlier in the day. The heat was a little more than I wanted. But don't hear this as a complaint, I welcome the sunshine 🙂

My walk today took me across the way on the walking path I've been doing lately around the lithia Park Fields. After that I headed back to the Rose garden. As spring is warming up, the Flowers continue to bloom, which makes for some really beautiful photos. With all the roses in bloom too, the smell is wonderful. There's nothing like the smell of a fresh rose.
