A high cat & Actifit November 25 2025

Operation save the cat! A chubby tomcat climbed to the top of a tree, probably on his mission to hunt some bird and it all ended with him suddenly getting afraid of heights and not having the courage to get back down, started crying. Some construction workers with a boom lifting machine were nearby and "saved him".

It was like something out of a movie! Luckily, that worker was nearby and there was also a team there to help him.

That's awesome my friend!!!👍🤗
So nice that in this day and age, men would take their heavy equipment, and time to rescue a cat!!😻

I didnt want to make the sotory longer, but the local police was there, and the town mayor came there and took photos, and then he took the stray cat to a vet and they took more photos, now they're looking for someone to adopt the cat...

How sweet! I once sent @silvertop up on our roof when we lived in Colorado. Keeping in mind this roof was a Gambrel style roof; almost a straight up incline and some 30' up as it was technically a 3 story building. A cat that wasn't ours had scaled the almost 12"-12" pitch in wintertime, when the temps at night can reach below zero Fahranheit easily. I was afraid that it would not be able to come back down that steep a pitch and would literally freeze to death up there overnight. Did I mention it was also dark out when he went up and rescued what was soon to be our adopted kitty, Cimarron, who was a Manx kitty. I'd never seen nor heard of that breed then, and we all fell in love with her. She moved with us when we came to Washington state. She's been gone quite a while, but she was quite the character.

Anyway, I'm glad they rescued him! Thanks for sharing!
