I can say for sure, 100% that this is the first time ever I'm seeing someone washing the public garbage bins, and more than that, it's being done by hand, no fancy pressure washer. Now that's an oddity! :)))

Interesting! I didn't know anyone even bothered to wash them! It's kind of nice to know that at least at first, right after they've been washed, that if you touch the bin, you don't risk quite the nastiness that can accompany this.
