Where the Mountains Whisper: Coffee, Silence and Simple Life in a Peaceful T'boli Village

Hello everyone!Early this morning, I sat outside our small house in the mountain with a warm cup of coffee in my hands. The air was cold and fresh, the kind of cold that gently wakes your senses. The breeze moved slowly through the tree, and the sound of birds filled the quiet morning. Everything around me felt peaceful.

From where I was sitting, I could see the wide green mountains stretching far into the distance. The view reminded me of the calm and simple life in a T'boli village, where people live closely with nature. Life there is not rushed. The mornings begin early, the land provides food, and families live with a deep respect for the environment.

As I slowly sipped my coffee, I allowed myself to pause and simple enjoy the moment. No rushing, no noise, just the quiet beauty of the mountain. The mountains, the fresh air and the silence felt like a gentle reminder that life does not always have to move so fast.

Living in the mountain is not always easy. Farming requires patience, strength and hope, especially when the weather is unpredictable. But this kind of life also teaches something valuable. It teaches you how to appreciate small blessings that many people often overlook.

In that quiet moment, I realized that happiness does not always come from big achievements or material things. Sometimes, happiness is found in the stillness of the morning in the cool mountain air and in a simple cup of coffee shared with nature.

As a mother and someone working from home, my days can be busy always. But morning like this remind me and realize me to slow down, breathe deeply, and be grateful for the peaceful life that the mountain offers everyday. Have a nice day!

The nature vibe is truly relaxing away from the toxic pollution in the city, it's nice to visit the provincial area once in a while to breath fresh air.
