Walking into Nature

I am no photographer...

I have had the opportunity to learn but I couldn't carve the time to learn...

But if there's anything I enjoy... It's a good landscape.

This morning I did a really long morning walk and decided to use my phone to capture some scenes...

Granted, I did a bad job, because...

1. The pictures are not enough.

2. I don't know what I was doing...

I was just fooling around with the camera of my phone...

But I think I came out with something that is appreciable...

First off...

This is me on the pretty abandoned road. I could have sat in the middle of the road and not be scared of any oncoming vehicle for minutes at a go...

While walking, I found these fruit like things...

I don't know what they are, but they look like berries 🍒...

I was tempted to pick some, but they were a bit out of reach...

Next off was this tree..

It seems like an uninteresting shrub, but then something struck me about it...

I suddenly realized how much it reminded me of a babalawo's shrine I saw in a movie on Africa Magic...

Same low shrub, yellow leaves surrounded by green leaves...

The babalawo obviously believed that such a distinction was significant...

Anyways, that's it...

I told you I didn't take a lot of pictures...

Wouldn't make that mistake again...

But I hope you enjoyed the scene with me...as I walked in nature.
