RE: Around The World: The best photo of September – EVALUATION (vyhodnocení)

That's the mastering of photography I think: being able to achieve the best possible quality with the device and environment conditions you have, while finding a story, a message, a scene, whatever that awakens the spectator imagination and sensibility. Of course this is my personal view only and surely others would think differently.
